03 AI solutions win the Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge 2025

At the InnoEx 2025 event, the public witnessed for the first time a special panel discussion titled ‘From Lab to Market – The Journey from the Laboratory to the Marketplace’, bringing together numerous experts, scientists, and business leaders from Vietnam and abroad.

Qualcomm Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated, announced the winners of the fifth season of the Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge (QVIC) in HCM City on August 22, recognising three outstanding teams with a total of US$225,000 in cash prizes.

Qualcomm has announced the results of the fourth season finale of the Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge (QVIC) 2025, celebrating outstanding technology startups while marking five years of fostering the innovation ecosystem in Vietnam.

On the afternoon of August 12, Primaster Pham Minh Chinh received Mr. Cristiano Amon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Qualcomm, and the company’s delegation during their visit and working trip to Vietnam. Qualcomm is a world-leading incorporation in wireless technology and advanced 5G mobile communications, headquartered in San Diego, California (USA), with a market capitalization of around USD 160 billion.

During his visit to Vietnam on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Vietnam - U.S. diplomatic relations, Alex Rogers, President of Global Affairs at Qualcomm Incorporated, affirmed the commitment to further expand investment in Vietnam, especially in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and semiconductors.
