Vietnam will be a hub for AI research and development

Qualcomm has announced the results of the fourth season finale of the Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge (QVIC) 2025, celebrating outstanding technology startups while marking five years of fostering the innovation ecosystem in Vietnam.

The Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge 2025 (QVIC) has just recognized the top three teams, all featuring artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. The final round of QVIC 2025 took place in Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of August 22.

During his visit to Vietnam on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Vietnam - U.S. diplomatic relations, Alex Rogers, President of Global Affairs at Qualcomm Incorporated, affirmed the commitment to further expand investment in Vietnam, especially in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and semiconductors.
